About
Former college athlete (baseball) and coach at heart with degrees in Exercise Science, Sport Psychology and a background in Health and Human performance. I have done personal training for over 8 years, am certified as a life coach and have incorporated massage for 6 years. I interned with 2 Physical Therapy offices. My mentor is a 35+ year experienced Massage Therapist , ex-Olympic Athlete and Division 1 College Coach.
Avoiding addictive drugs and treatment options with side effects, I value the holistic approach and use an intuitive eye to help others heal themselves.
My Story
I found myself with severe scoliosis and the wear and tear of a lifetime of scar tissue holding my muscles in a constant strain of fight or flight. I tried it all, massage therapy, chiropractors and personal training to "unlock" my tight muscles. I'd see some results over time, but once I started MGT (Massage Gun Therapy), I noticed immediate, lasting changes in my body.
I never realized how poor my range of motion was until my tight shoulder and back muscles were activated to their potential. I noticed this while shaving several years ago that I could look more easily to the left than I could to the right. Now that I have been treated with MGT, I can look both directions with ease. My constant back pain is gone away and my spine is returning to a normal curvature.
I hope for all of my clients to feel the same renewal of their muscles as it leads to a much more satisfying life.
